Jeremy Steinmetz founded SAS HealthTech with a focus on identifying gaps in care delivery within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities and developing practical solutions to address them. As Owner and Founder, he built the company to bring more consistent clinical monitoring and proactive oversight into these settings, with the goal of supporting better day-to-day management of resident health. He has guided the organization’s growth by emphasizing operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with facility partners. His approach centers on creating services that help teams identify changes in resident condition earlier and respond more effectively, with the aim of improving outcomes and supporting a higher standard of care for residents in skilled nursing environments.

Dr. Chaim Gitelis is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease and holds additional certifications in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He serves as Chief Medical Officer at SAS HealthTech, where he provides clinical oversight, contributes to protocol development, and supports quality assurance efforts, with particular attention to identifying care gaps and improving outcomes for older adults in skilled nursing settings. As a physician who has witnessed firsthand the consequences of delayed intervention and fragmented oversight, Dr. Gitelis ensures that SAS HealthTech's clinical protocols reflect the highest standards of evidence-based care. His clinical approach emphasizes individualized care, the physician-patient relationship, and attention to both preventive and acute management of cardiac and related conditions.

Alona Aronov is the Chief Operations Officer and principal service architect at SAS HealthTech. With a decade of experience from Big Four and mid-size accounting firms, she designs and scales the company's core service offerings through Medicare-approved RPM, CCM, BHI, and telemedicine solutions. Utilizing uncompromising innovation and operational excellence, Alona's key is for SAS HealthTech to deliver the seamless, white-glove reliability that gives SNF facilities and healthcare providers complete peace of mind. She focuses on building the structures, processes, and compliance frameworks that support consistent delivery of remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and related services.

Levi Shapiro oversees the operational delivery of SAS HealthTech's clinical services across partner facilities. He manages the field managers who direct the CNA teams responsible for day-to-day service delivery, and he supervises the scheduling team to optimize resident access to providers. In this role he focuses on coordinating field operations, aligning staffing and workflows with facility needs, and supporting consistent service execution. By overseeing both the field management structure and provider scheduling, he helps maintain organized, efficient operations that support the delivery of SAS HealthTech's programs.

Elizabeth Russo Borer brings extensive clinical leadership experience in skilled nursing and post-acute care. As Chief Nursing Officer, she serves as the primary liaison between SAS HealthTech and facility partners, aligning interdisciplinary teams, SAS clinical staff, and nurse practitioners to support coordinated, resident-centered care. She guides the integration of remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and nurse practitioner oversight into facility workflows, while strengthening communication and enabling early identification of changes in resident condition. Her focus on proactive intervention and continuity of care aims to improve outcomes, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, and sustain high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities.

Kellie Parker anchors the day-to-day clinical operations of SAS HealthTech's nursing teams across its partner facilities. A Nurse Practitioner whose career has moved from the intensity of field hospital environments to the direction of large clinical programs, she pairs hands-on clinical judgment with the practical demands of running complex nursing operations at scale. In her role she directs nursing staff, establishes and maintains clinical standards, and makes sure every team member has the preparation, resources, and backing needed to deliver consistent, high-quality resident care. The same experience that taught her to read rapidly changing situations and mobilize people and resources quickly now shapes how she keeps care delivery stable and effective across facilities of different sizes and demands.
