Our Story
SAS HealthTech was founded to address a persistent gap in the healthcare system: the space between a patient's last appointment and their next one. For patients managing chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, or heart failure, that gap can be dangerous.
We built a company that lives in that gap — monitoring patients daily, alerting care teams when something changes, and coordinating the follow-up that prevents a small problem from becoming a hospitalization.
Today, SAS HealthTech partners with skilled nursing facilities, FQHCs, home health agencies, and physician practices across the country to deliver Medicare-approved RPM, CCM, BHI, and telehealth programs at no cost to patients or facilities.
